It has already been quite a journey for me over this past year. I have learned and grown so much not only as a Realtor but as a person. Every year our local association hosts an annual dinner in which three awards are presented to our members and affiliates. Realtor of the Year, Realtor Rookie of the year, and Affiliate of the Year. I was nominated for the prestigious award of Realtor Rookie of the year. In order to be nominated you must be a full time agent, licensed for less than two years, and meet several qualities that would embody the characteristics of an ideal agent. I am blessed to say that our local board has felt that out of all the nominees this past year that I fit the ideals, ethics, and principles to be named King’s County’s Rookie Realtor of the Year for 2013. I’m looking forward to 2014 and sharing with my clients my experience and knowledge to help them make the best informed and educated decisions as they enter the real estate market whether it be buying or selling, first time or multiple times, big or small. I invite potential clients to give me the opportunity to show you the benefits of personal service from a Realtor that understands the needs of his clients. Thank you.
