Most rental properties are available for showings Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Simply come by our office with a valid California Driver’s License/ ID  and keys will be checked out to you. Military may bring in current Drivers License and Military ID. Occupied properties require 24 hr notice. Please contact our Property Management department to set up an appointment: 559-584-7655.


 ** Security Deposits are $50 higher than the Rent. (Example: $900 rent/$950 deposit) **
The security deposit quoted in the ad is always the minimum deposit accepted. 
Depending on all criteria of each individual applicant, approval may be possible with a higher security deposit (up to the maximum allowed by law).

Submitting Application

Every person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the property must apply separately regardless of employment status. (You do NOT need to submit multiple applications if you are interested in more than one property. Simply list properties in order of preference.) Income must be 2 times the monthly rent. Approval is based on credit, rental references, employment verification, income verification and a criminal background check. A month’s worth of most recent income verification and a $25 credit report fee are due when submitting application. Bring exact amount, we do not provide change. We do not accept co-signers.
