Credit Check Fee to increase from $20.00 to $25.00 per adult.
Most rental properties are available for showings Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-4pm.
Simply come into our office with a valid California picture ID or Drivers License and keys will be checked out to you.
(Military can bring in current Drivers License and Military ID)
Occupied properties require 24 hour notice. Please call our property management department to set up an appointment: 559-584-7655.
** All Security Deposits are $50 higher than the Rent. (Example: $900 rent/$950 deposit) **
Every person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the property must apply separately regardless if they are working or not. (You do NOT have to submit multiple applications if you are interested in more than one property. Simply list properties in order of preference.) Income must be 2 times the monthly rent. Approval is based on credit, rental references, employment verification, income verification and a criminal background check. A month’s worth of most recent income verification and a $20 credit report fee are due when submitting application. Bring exact amount, we do not provide change. We do not accept co-signers.
